Birth work is another passion of mine and having spent the past 16 years working as a birth doula and educator, I have gathered the materials from my holistic birth course to create a virtual course now available to women everywhere. This class is for anyone interested in birthing naturally, and the techniques offered go far beyond diet and wellness suggestions offered elsewhere. The integrated breathing and mind-body techniques for labor preparation that I share help to set the pace for a calm and prepared birth. The herbal and homeopathic suggestions covered allow the mother access to natural and safe pregnancy and birth support options. I have gathered these resources from years of trainings with herbalists and homeopaths, and I have used them in my own pregnancies and births.
